At Soma Athletic Wellness, our goal is to help you eliminate chronic pain with our unique approach that combines ELDOA spinal decompression, segmental muscle strengthening, and myofascial stretching. Our program can reduce back pain, build longer and leaner muscles, improve posture, and improve whole-body wellness.

At Soma Athletic Wellness, we train you to improve your physical awareness, build strength, and increase flexibility with precise postural and segmental exercises.
We offer classes and live training sessions in ELDOA, myofascial stretching, and segmental muscular strengthening. These classes center around precise exercises designed to eliminate stress and impact on the body while building muscular strength and structural balance. Our emphasis on precision allows our clients to get the most benefits from their training while promoting long term health.

ONLINE CLASSES AND PERSONAL TRAINING
The Soma Athletic Wellness program is for fitness enthusiasts, professionals, and anyone with chronic pain that wishes to improve their anatomical and biomechanical knowledge on the path to wellness.
Our classes focus on a wide variety of exercises combined with body awareness that allows you to correct any postural misalignments, continually causing pain and chronic injuries. Most importantly, our methodology is founded on sports science and osteopathic principles.

As the founder of Soma Training Texas, he maintained a thriving practice helping clients reduce chronic pain and back pain, increase range of motion, and improve their posture. Since COVID, he has continued to train his clients online while expanding his reach through online classes and training sessions.

Join The Movement
I have been working with Kevin for about 7 months at least 3 times a month in a combination of private and semi-private lessons to address specific issues with compressed pain and lack of mobility in my neck and lower back, as well as hip and knee pain. It took me about 6 lessons to really start to build up enough awareness, strength and flexibility to hold the poses, but once I did, my improvement rapidly increased. I skipped the surgery to replace 2 discs in my neck and instead now have no neck pain and have much better posture – no longer stick my chin out. My overall strength and wellbeing have significantly improved with Kevin’s help, and I have recommended him to several friends who have added ELDOA to their overall health and fitness regimen.
I have been training with Kevin Cruz for the past year, particularly “The ELDOA Method.” I was having severe shoulder pain and I suffer from a bulging disk in my lower back. My orthopedic surgeon referred me to a pain management doctor who suggested that I just get an epidural to numb the back pain. That was not acceptable to me, so I began ELDOA to stretch my fascia to lend the opportunity for fluid to enter the area of the bulging disk to assist in realignment of the spine. This process has given me great relief to my lower back and I can feel as though my spine is self-correcting. My shoulder pain has completely subsided. Thanks to Kevin and “The ELDOA Method.
